What is LGSF?

Light Gauge Steel Framing uses cold-formed, roll-formed steel sections to build wall panels, roof trusses, and floor systems — precise, lightweight, and structurally superior to traditional materials.

Wall Panels

Pre-fabricated load-bearing and non-load-bearing panels using U-Stud and C-Stud profiles. Fiber Cement Board (FCB) cladding on one or both sides. Pre-punched conduit holes for services.

Roof Trusses

Engineered roof truss systems designed to span large distances with minimal internal support. Compatible with all standard roofing materials — metal, tile, and membrane.

Floor Joists

LGS joist systems with optional Rockwool cavity insulation (40 kg/m³). Cement Fibre Board decking provides a flat, rigid floor platform for any finish material.

High-tensile steel connection brackets (powder-coated, 2.0mm) for Ell corners, inline joints, and Tee junctions. All designed per AS/NZS 4600:1996.

Z220 hot-dipped galvanized coating for load-bearing applications. Alternatively, Galvalume (55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc) for superior performance in harsh environments.

Pre-punched service holes allow electrical conduits and plumbing to pass directly through panels. Concealed flush tanks and wall-mounted WC systems are fully supported.
